A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with a specialized license to practice at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). He is the lead consultant, founder, and managing director of Freedom Migrate Immigration Solutions Limited based in Calgary, Alberta.

 

Stephen is currently studying an LLB (Hons) degree at the University of Law in the United Kingdom and has prior post-secondary credentials in Business Management, Project Management, and Immigration.

Stephen brings an array of unique knowledge to the business of immigration. Before founding Freedom Migrate, Stephen worked for the legislative branch of the Alberta provincial government and also held a decade-long career in the Alberta oil and gas sector as a project lead. Stephen has been involved in community organizing and has worked with and advocated for various community groups and organizations. Stephen is a regular contributor to the Alberta Filipino Journal and has published written articles, blogs, and video content focused on immigration, communities, and politics.
